MLCO, Ltd., d/b/a McIntyre Lumber Company, is the leading
independent lumber, hardware, and building material supplier in the
Falfurrias and Premont area of South Texas. Established in 1910 by Edward McIntyre, the business has over the years come under the direction of Elmer D. ("E.D.") McIntyre, Robert J. ("R.J.") McIntyre, and Dick P. McIntyre. It is presently under it's fourth generation of McIntyre oversight, with Robert McIntyre at the helm in his capacity as President of McIntyre Mgmt Co, LLC. McIntyre credits the success of the company to the it's top-notch Ace team under the direction of 20+ year veteran general manager, George Martinez. McIntyre stated "George is not only one of our store's greatest assets, but his experience and knowledge is a true asset to all of our many loyal customers and the whole community of Falfurrias and Premont." |
